ABSCTRACT:
In this talk, we will discuss the first principles quantum transport theory using non-equilibrium Green’s function method coupled with density functional theory and its application to first principle calculation of quantum transport in nano-electronic devices.
簡(jiǎn) 歷:
Dr. J. Wang got his BSc in physics from Beijing Univ. in 1982 and got Ph.D in physics from Univ. of Pennsylvania in 1988. He joined the physics department of the University of Hong Kong in 1993 and is currently a Chair professor in department of physics, the Univ. of Hong Kong.
